Manoj began his career as a Software Engineer, gaining a strong technical foundation in IT systems and software development.

Joined Barclays as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst , becoming a key player in managing digital identities and system access, critical to ensuring secure operations.
2016
Promoted to Technology Risk Manager at Barclays Singapore, where Manoj worked closely with CIOs, regulatory bodies like the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and top-tier auditors.
2021
Left his corporate role to pursue a passion for innovation, venturing into the Startup ecosystem with a vision to address real-world business challenges through technology.
