How it Began?
At our Company, we always promote Collaboration and Transparency. However as team scaled,
- Knowledge Sharing proved in-effective and un-organized
- New Team members had no Starting point in Company
- Existing Policies, SOP's were not being used, due to lack of accessibility
- Leads spent significant amount of time addressing repetitive questions
We recognized the need of an Intranet Solution, to be organized.
- As per Hindu mythology, Lord narad is known as lord of knowledge and information. As given in scriptures, that anyone be it God, Demon or Human, seeking knowledge would turn to Lord narad.
- So when we thought to roll out the solution as SaaS, what better name than narad.
