Narad Technology Private Limited works with carefully selected third-party providers and affiliated entities (“Sub-Processors”) that assist with infrastructure, AI processing, integrations, and operational support. These Sub-Processors may access and process customer data strictly on our behalf and only for purposes related to providing the services.
Prior to engagement, we evaluate each Sub-Processor’s security, privacy, and compliance controls. We enter into binding agreements that require appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, confidentiality commitments, and compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Our Sub-Processor list may be updated from time to time, and changes will be reflected on this page. If you have concerns regarding a Sub-Processor, you may contact us at support@narad.io with the subject line “Sub-Processor Objection,” including your name, company name, the Sub-Processor name, and the reason for your objection.
